더 혁신적인 기술은 얼로이의 코어기술에서 시작됩니다.기존의 울트라 코어보다 너도밤나무와 포플러 나무의 비중을 높이고,텐션이 강한 가문비 나무를 삽입 하였습니다.즉, 코어의 에너지 전달력과 플렉스를 강화하였지만 토션의 강성은그대로 보전하였습니다. 포플러, 너도밤나무, 오동나무, 가문비나무가 배열된이 코어는 좀더 강한 퍼포먼스를 위한 또 한번의 혁신입니다.

Beech is the hardest and strongest wood in our cores and is placed in the middle and near the edges and also in the mid. We out less Paulownia but more poplar for stronger performance than ever without sacrificing torsional flex. This wood core matrix provides better energy transfer from the rider to the edges. It delivers more power to every turn you make. More energy efficiency than our previous Ultra Core 2.

Master Balanced Core 2

가장 단단한 너도밤나무가 코어의 중심에 힘차게 뻗어있고, 그 바깥쪽은 탄력적인 대나무 빔이 배열되어 있습니다. 그리고 전체적으로 가볍고 완연한 오동나무와 포플러를 배열시킨 새로운 코어 구조입니다. 부드럽지 만 단단하며, 가볍지만 강한 에너지와 반발력을 지닌 새로운 코어 매트릭스입니다.

The strongest beech is placed in the middle with 2 springy bamboo beams next to the beech wood. Paulownia and Poplar woods finishes off this core providing constant flex and pop. This core matrix makes the perfect, well rounded boards. Extremely fast reaction and constant flex. This is our “does it all” core matrix.

We use tough and dense birch wood in the middle with 2 springy bamboo beams next to the birch. Paulownia finishes off this core matrix providing great pop, smooth energy transfer, and lightness. The best combination wood core matrix for free carving and all mountain riding.

The Master GT Core

질기고 단단한 자작나무가 코어의 중앙에 뻗어있고, 탄력적인 대나무 빔을 그 옆에 배열하였습니다. 그리고 전체적으로 가볍고 완연한 오동나무를 배열시킨 새로운 코어 구조입니다. 기존의 마스터 팝 코어 보다 좀 더 가볍지만 더욱 힘찬 에너지를 지니고 있고, 플렉스의밸런스를 최적으로 맞추어 낸 새로운 코어 구조입니다.

We placed tough and dense birch wood in the middle and added 4 springy bamboo beams. Paulownia finishes off this core matrix. The Master GT core is our lightest with a playful flex pattern. Ollie higher than a gazelle and butter for days.

We only use race grade base materials. There are more than 800,000 molecules on a PE particle. It contains carbon to reduce static and holds more wax for longer than standard base materials found in other boards. This base material is tough and fast!

Very thin silicon strips are placed at the edge. Located on and under the sidewall material. Perfectly absorbing unwanted shock and vibration. This material also helps bond the sidewall and edges better than ever.

네팔 용병의 전투검인 쿠그리에서 착안한 엣지 공법인 얼티메이트 트랙션입니다. 아주 얇은 웨이브를 지닌 이 엣지 구조 는 아이스반조차도 썰어버리며 쾌속의 스피드를 유지해주는 테크놀로지입니다. 또한, 엣지에 크롬을 함유하여 더욱 단단 한 강성과 산화현상을 방지하는데 도움을 줍니다.

Designed with a shallow, wavy edge shape. The number of wave bumps are different by model. The Sniper has less waves and B-Bomb has more. The edge metal has been smelted with Chrome making it sharper, stronger, and less prone to rust.

This sidewall material is made with pure ABS. Stronger, more energy transfer and proper flex for all type of styles.

SLINGSHOT TECHNOLOGY

We put very thin carbon strips under all our wood cores. The layup is different in each model. The result is a very snappy feel with lightning speed edge control. Sling Shot Technology also reduces shock under the bindings. We like it, our riders love it.
